Do you want to live on the water and be close to your office? Eagle Mountain Lake is for you. It is located 30 minutes N of downtown Ft Worth and 20 minutes West of the Alliance Corridor. The lake was formed in the 1930s and it is one of the few Texas lakes that allow living right on the water.
 
The 9000-acre lake is used for boating, and fishing; bass and catfish are plentiful. You'll find sailboats, motor boats, and jet skis. There are many coves that provide a less-windy venue for kayaking and paddle boarding. We have a house on the West side in Azle....it is paradise.
